Change In Joint Ownership

After 37 incredibly successful years as President of Antron Engineering, Anthony Denietolis has decided to focus solely on his position as Director of Engineering. While Tony has always performed this role in conjunction with his duties as President, he can now put his full attention on what he truly loves to do – supporting our customers with their engineering and designing needs.

This change in joint ownership means that John Kauker is now the sole owner and President of Antron Engineering. Together, John and Anthony have over 80 years of education and experience in design, engineering, and manufacturing. What began with just two machines in Tony’s basement in 1985, is now one of the nation’s leading precision machining and product assembly companies. Quality, unsurpassed customer service, and employee satisfaction will continue to guide Antron Engineering into the future.
